Honey Mustard Pale Ale Chicken

This simple chicken cooked in a mustard-beer sauce will tantalize your taste buds!

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup pale ale
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
  • salt and pepper
  • rice, for serving
