Dragonhosen Roasted Chicken Sausage

With fall just around the corner, we thought a traditional Oktoberfest dish was in order! Grab your Lederhosen and enjoy this Pan Roasted Chicken Sausage and Mustard Potato dish made with our fall seasonal, Dragonhosen Imperial Oktoberfest. Prost! 


1/3 cup Dragonhosen Imperial Oktoberfest 

1/2 cup Dijon mustard 

2 tablespoons whole grain mustard 

1/4 cup mayo 

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

2 teaspoons white wine vinegar 

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 

1/2 teaspoon onion powder 

salt and black pepper

pinch of cayenne pepper 

3 pounds of Yukon gold potatoes, cut into bite-sized cubes

5-6 store-bought smoked chicken sausage links 

8 oz cherry tomatoes, cut in half 

Fresh parsley, for garnish
