Ingredients

For the Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • ¼ cup honey

  • ½ cup Hazed & Infused Pale Ale

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For the salsa:

  • 1 large mango peeled, pitted and diced

  • 1 large avocado peeled pitted and diced

  • ½ 1 large red onion diced

  • 1 jalapeno diced

  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and diced

  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon salt
