Ol’ Jack Frost is hitting Sunlight Mountain Resort this Saturday, Oct. 17, as part of its first annual season kick-off music festival. Starting at 2:30 p.m., the day features three bands, local food vendors, and beverages being served at Sunlight’s Last Turn Lounge including Slope style Winter IPA!
Headlining the event is Zolopht, a Colorado band that cranks out an eclectic blend of reggae, blues, rock, and bluegrass. With their unique sound and infused three-piece harmonies, this eight member band has built a reputation for helping audiences find their groove since 2010. Opening acts include Tight Thump, of Grand Junction, and local artist Richard Ganson.
After the music, fans can meet the bands at the After Party Bon Fire being held on the back patio of the newly renovated Sunlight Lodge. Tickets are $20, and admission is free for kids 12 and under. Purchase your tickets online at SunlightMTN.com or at Sunlight Ski & Bike located at 309 9th St, Glenwood Springs. Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the show.
