MOJO IPA
First packaged way back in 2003, this IPA from Colorado’s First Craft Brewery is anything but traditional. Mojo India Pale Ale was inspired by the English who first shipped their ales to India and the Far East – but brewed with an attitude of the great American West. Pale in color but packed with flavor, Mojo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop creates a big, grapefruit-like citrus flavor and aroma, making Mojo a very zesty IPA that's crisp and refreshing.

HAZED & INFUSED PALE ALE
Brewed with a diverse mix of hop varieties, Hazed & Infused blends a piney, earthy, floral nose, with added fruitiness in flavor from the Simcoe. Although big hop aroma and flavor hit you up front, a relatively small early hop addition keeps the bitterness very low, making this hazy, deep golden-colored brew one of a kind.

DUE EAST NEW ENGLAND-STYLE IPA
Due East uses a blend of three fruity, juicy hops, with a double dry-hopped addition post-fermentation for big hop aroma and flavor without added bitterness. Hints of lemon, peach and pineapple cut through the subdued bitterness of this hazy New England-Style IPA.

SPACEMAN DOUBLE IPA
The stars have aligned for Boulder Beer Company’s newest year round release, Spaceman Double IPA. A real vortex of bold hops and citrusy, fruity notes, the pull of this well-balanced Double IPA is inescapable. All systems go!

FESTBIER HELLES-STYLE LAGER
Helles means "bright" in German, and no wonder - this golden colored crisp lager is low in hops, smooth in flavor and high in celebration!

IRISH BLESSING OAK-AGED COFFEE STOUT
Irish Blessing is a dark Stout brewed with an abundance of black and chocolate malts for a bittersweet chocolate finish. We collaborated with our friends and local roasters at OZO Coffee in Boulder to determine the perfect roast to complement our stout, choosing their OZO Blend to use in the brew adding earthy, roasted coffee flavors to the beer. We then age Irish Blessing on Tullamore D.E.W. Irish Whiskey soaked oak chips, imparting the finishing touches of whiskey and wood. Slainte!

GENDER FLUID LAGER
Gender Fluid takes pride in donating a 10% of its proceeds to The Human Rights Campaign, and being a beer everyone can enjoy. A crisp and clean German-Style Pilsner, Gender Fluid is straw colored with a slight hop bitterness and subtle earthy aroma. Truly a beer for everyone!

SLOPE STYLE RED IPA
So you’re into full-bodied red ales with a big, piney hop kicker at the finish?  We like your style!  Whatever your altitude you can drink-in Colorado with Slope Style Red IPA.  Red in color with a perfect blend of five quality malts and a blast of Horizon hops, Slope Style is a hearty, cold weather IPA that’s off the rails.

HOOPLA PALE ALE
In search of the perfect festival beer, our Boulder Beer brewers and Kyle Hollingsworth, keyboardist of The String Cheese Incident and an avid homebrewer, joined creative forces. Imagination and improvisation flowed freely, and Hoopla was born. Hoopla Pale Ale is dry-hopped with generous amounts of Glacier hops for a fruity, floral hop aroma and flavor that will have your taste buds dancing.

HOLA MARIA MEXICAN-STYLE ALE
As the days get warmer we bring you Hola Maria, a sunny, golden colored, Mexican-style ale. She's easy-going, bright, refreshing and oh so smooth - just like our own Maria! Hola Maria is brewed with malted wheat for a soft mouthfeel and left slightly unfiltered for full flavor in a light crisp ale.

SINGLETRACK RYE PALE ALE
A refreshing, medium-bodied ale, Singletrack Rye Pale Ale is brewed with toasted rye and caramel malt for a slight nutty flavor with a brilliant copper color. Reflecting a lifestyle adopted by many at our brewery and in Boulder, Singletrack is an homage to the two-wheeled athletes and weekend warriors pounding the narrow trails of our backyard mountains.

A HONEY OF A SAISON
A Honey of a Saison is a swarm of flavor and a stinger at 11.5% ABV. The French Saison yeast produces big, estery, phenolic aromas and flavors, while the Wildflower Honey lends a spicy, sweet aroma with essence of dried fruits. Champagne Yeast is also used to complete fermentation and create a dry finish. A strong malt bill imparts a rich, golden honey color to the ale.

DRAGONHÖSEN IMPERIAL OKTOBERFEST
Late at night in the dark cellar or among the rows of towering vessels at Boulder Beer, if you listen carefully you can hear the eerie sound of the Dragonhösen. Brewed with generous amounts of Vienna and Munich malts for a rich, full-bodied malty flavor, Dragonhösen begins as a traditional Oktoberfest lager, then stealthily breathes fire with 9% alcohol by volume. Hallertau and Czech Saaz hops add balance with a mild earthy aroma and flavor with moderate bitterness.  And if you find yourself at Boulder Beer, listen closely and beware...if you hear a scratching and scraping coming your way, the bite of the Dragonhosen is sure to follow.

EMERGENT WHITE IPA
Emerging from winter’s cold into sunny spring is Emergent White IPA. Orange peel contributes a bright, citrus flavor complemented by a subtle spiciness from the coriander and Belgian yeast. With a golden hue and fruity, floral hop aroma and flavor, Emergent goes down like a breath of fresh mountain air.

GOOD TRIP TRIPEL
A long time ago in a faraway land, a new style of beer was introduced by a small band of magical, Belgian unicorns*.  Inspired by their creative spirit, we bring you Good Trip Tripel – a slightly spicy, golden-colored, Belgian-style Strong Ale.  Crack one open and enjoy the journey.

MOJO RISIN’ DOUBLE IPA
Released annually in January. Mojo Risin’ Double IPA is a souped-up, extreme version of the one and only Mojo IPA. We added more than a half ton of extra malt and twice the amount of Amarillo hops, so be prepared for a full sensory explosion. The double dry-hopped addition elevates the grapefruit-like aroma and flavor to an outrageous intensity, while the added malt raises the alcohol level to over 10% by volume.

KILLER PENGUIN BARLEYWINE
This limited, small-batch release is dark garnet red in color with a candied-fruit like aroma and flavor. At 10% ABV, Killer Penguin is a big barleywine that comes across very smooth and extremely balanced -- the perfect beer to share among friends.

LATER DUDE BARREL-AGED WHEAT WINE
As the original Shipping Dude heads off into the sunset, we bid him farewell with Later Dude - a barrel-aged Wheat Wine Ale and the fourth release in our barrel-aged Dude Series. The large portion of wheat in the mash provides a soft, round mouthfeel complemented by notes of vanilla, raisin and toffee from aging it in first-use whiskey barrels from our friends at Breckenridge Distillery.

And although still totally in our new Dudeness's way in the cooler, the barrels really tied the room together.

SCORGE OF THE DUDE BARREL-AGED BARLEYWINE
The Dude strikes again!  A sequel to The Dude's Bane, Scourge of the Dude is the second release in our barrel-aged Dude Series.  Born on our pilot system then aged for 8 months in bourbon barrels, this Barleywine uses a blend of caramel malts, toasted rye and a hint of smoked malt. Although strong bourbon and oak characters from the barrel dominate up front, the Scourge opens up with subtle raisin-like notes and a dry, tannic finish.

And although totally in our Shipping Dude's way in the cooler for eight months, we felt the barrels really tied the room together.
